Applying to law school is stressful.

It helps to have a friend.

Law School Friend

HI THERE. MY NAME’S WILL FRIEND (REALLY)

I’m a JD/MBA at NYU and an incoming big law associate.

I have a knack for crafting T14 admissions essays that work.

I’ve helped so many friends get into school that they started asking me:

“Why are you doing this for free?”

HOW I DO IT

Strategic Storytelling.

You’re not writing an essay.

You’re writing a movie.

Your goal: Of the thousands of movies that play in the admissions director’s head, be the one they remember.

Here’s how we’ll work together

Step 1: We’ll have a no cost consultation

You’ll email me your resume and any background information you feel would be relevant.

If I think we might be a good fit we’ll a schedule a call where you can ask me any questions and get a sense of my style.

If we decide we want to work together, we’ll work on the fine details (schedule, revisions etc.) and come up with an agreement

Step 2: You’ll choose your service

I offer three standard packages:

I: “The Punch Up” - $250

You already have a draft of a main application essay but it’s not reading the way you want it to. I’ll help you transform your essay into a compelling narrative that will grab the reader’s attention and stick in the mind.

II. “Story Development” - $1,000

You’ve got nothing and you don’t know where to start. I’ll help you ideate subjects for your main application essay and turn those ideas into an attention-grabbing story that will clearly show why any law school would be lucky to have you.

III. “The Executive Producer”: $4,000

You’re overwhelmed by the entire application process and need an experienced vet to guide you through.

I’ll advise you on all of your required essays - the main application essay, supplementary essays and resume.

I’ll provide also strategic advice and experience to questions such as “Where and when should I apply?” “Should I apply early decision?” “What do lawyers actually do day-to-day?” “What differentiates schools?”. And if you are admitted to multiple schools, I’ll help you weigh options.

If you require a custom package, we can discuss in the consultation call.

Step 3: We’ll get to work.

This isn’t my full-time gig or even really a side hustle — it’s a passion project. I take on only a handful of clients each cycle, and if we work together, it’s because I believe in your story and am committed to helping you succeed. Mentorship is one of the best parts of life in the law, and I don’t take it lightly.
